My self I went yesterday to buy one of this same product with just rite at Ibafo at the rate of # 239 950 naira but having seen this review of how it exploded n its substandard made me re think n ask back for my refund . I need a good product that will give me value for my money and peace of mind without endangering my family and friends when using it . I rate them 1 star very poor honestly . I wonder what the SON of Nigeria š³š¬ is doing allowing such substandard dangerous product into our country.

Pls potential buyers be warned. I bought a Royal generator 6.5kva at a cost of 375,175 naira from SIMS (Samsung) Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos on the 28/07/2022. The generator only worked for 12 days and exploded while in use with some broken components within littering the ground. All the features listed could not prevent the explosion. I took the generator back to the location of sale and the sellers.made several attempts to cover up by coming up with frivolous excuses to shift blame. It was later confirmed that it was the engine block.that exploded. Thank God no life or injuries were recorded
Strictly speaking I will not recommend this product for anybody. The product is sub-standard and not fit for public use or consumption. Standard Organisation of Nigeria should please note
